Die Cutting is the process used to cut out shapes that are not possible with a guillotine.

Use of Die-Cut

It is commonly used for Folders, Invitation, Point of Sale and Die Cut Business Cards, but can be applied to many printed items for a stunning effect. The cut out is made at the end of the printing process. Folding and any "glue-ups" are done aterwards if necessary.

How we do DieCutting

The cut is made using a special die shaped as the design. The die has sharp metal strips placed into a CNC cut block. The printed sheet is pressed onto the die using a high pressure roller which punches out the desired shape. This works alot like a "cookie cutter".

An infinite number of shapes can be used to create awesome effect on mailers, folders and point of sale material, ensuring your promotional literature stands out in a crowd. It doesn't only have to be the outer shape either, you could use a die to create a hole in your design! We recently produced a Floristry mailer die cut in the shape of a Poinsettia. Our own Holiday cards had the New York City Skyline diecut out. Novel mailers like this often generate better results than 'standard' size square cut ones as the novelty makes your item stand out. We have produced die cut mailers in the shape of snowmen, guitars and many more intricate designs. There are too many variables to list on this website - so please call for more details.

Dan D\'Andrea 2012-01-24 Hi Mir, Just wanted to thank you for printing our Business Cards and Brochures. You and your team did an excellent job throughout the entire process from the quote, to proofing, to printing and finishing. I called you on Thursday night and asked for the materials to be ready for pick up by the following Tuesday at 4:00 pm. We submitted files at noon on Friday and proofs were created 3 hours after we loaded them. You said you would definitely meet my deadline then called me that the job was ready for pick-up on Monday afternoon! One full day earlier than requested! Great job! Wow! Regards, Dan

Yahoo Review by Mike 2010-07-28 I have used them on numerous occasions to print quality postcards for advertising purposes. The quality of their work and their personal service is exceptional and have always been competitive in price with no hidden extra costs. I would also like to point out that they are very patient and accommodating as we often make last minute changes to our artwork and it has never affected our very tight deadlines. I would definitely recommend them!

Yahoo Review by Nick 2011-11-28 Wow!!!!! I called on Wednesday morning right before Thanksgiving. My flight was at 4pm out of JFK. I had a sales meeting this morning and they printed for me 50 presentations by 2pm and delivered to my Hotel. I had to wait for the cab but not the books. Great Job!
